The villas sit in Sheboygan County in eastern Wisconsin, between Milwaukee and Green Bay and west of Interstate 43. Their anchor is Road America, the road racing circuit at Elkhart Lake, and the project also draws on the resort village of Elkhart Lake and the nearby resort community of Kohler.
The project has sold out. It is one of 5 completed car condo projects in Wisconsin in the SCK national database, and the only track-side one, with 2 further Wisconsin projects in pre-development.
