Location Summary
P M Storage Condominiums is a 42-unit storage condominium at 2121 Iowa Highway 9 in Lakeville Township, with a Spirit Lake mailing address, in Dickinson County, Iowa. The county records the units in three numbered series, 201 to 212, 301 to 314 and 401 to 416, with each unit deeded separately. Positioning rests on the recorded name, and the year built, unit sizes, developer and amenities have not been published. No amenity tier has been set, and the project is completed.
The site is on Iowa Highway 9 west of the city of Spirit Lake and north of West Okoboji Lake, in the Iowa Great Lakes of northwest Iowa. Demand drivers include lake homes and summer residents from across the upper Midwest, boating and fishing on the lakes, and owners who need winter storage for boats, pontoons, campers and snowmobiles.
The SCK national database holds 21 other storage and flex condo projects in Iowa. Of those, 19 are in the Iowa Great Lakes submarket, including North 40 Storage Condo, a separate regime next door on Iowa Highway 9.
