Location Summary
Race City Motorpark and Social Club is a planned 70-unit garage condominium community at 220 Mac Gray Road in Mooresville, North Carolina, on the Mooresville Dragway property. The developer is Matt Erich. It is a track-side community with track access, an owners' clubhouse and lounge, resort pools, a restaurant and bar, racing and golf simulators, a fitness center, a spa, concierge services and gated, secured access. It is in pre-development, with delivery estimated for 2027.
The site lies on the eastern side of Mooresville, known as Race City USA for its NASCAR team shops and motorsports suppliers. Interstate 77 and North Carolina 150 serve the area, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport is to the south. Lake Norman is the other principal demand driver.
