Victory Lane Condominiums is a 59-unit car condominium at 20121 Oak Street in west Omaha, Nebraska, which calls itself Omaha's only private car condo complex and a private automotive enthusiast community. Douglas County records 60 unit parcels in five buildings, four built in 2019 and one in 2024; the owners association holds one parcel, and units average about 1,238 square feet. The site is on the western edge of Omaha near 204th Street, close to Elkhorn, with Eppley Airfield across the metro.
